You are probably thinking: “Geez, what a long list. How do you get the time to listen to almost 40 podcasts?” Well, I don’t listen to all of them at the same time. Currently, I am focused on building my coaching business so I listen to the podcasts about business and a few from the personal development and spirituality list.

I usually listen to one podcast a day. When I first started listening to podcasts, I was traveling for locum assignments so I consumed a whole lot more during my travels. I drove long hours to assignments and binged on different podcasts during my long drives. It’s much harder to do now that I do not travel for work. Currently, I listen to podcasts on my walks, at bedtime, and sometimes while doing house chores (cleaning, cooking, etc). The good news is that podcasts are on demand so you get to listen to them whenever you want to. Convenience at its best.

I hope you found this helpful! As always, self-experimentation is the key to opening up new possibilities in your life. Give it a try and you might be pleasantly surprised.
